Laura Pamatian is a real estate and technology strategist with more than two decades of experience representing high-end residential properties and major development projects in domestic and international markets.

As a luxury real estate specialist, she has represented five-star hotel branded resort destination properties including Ritz Carlton, Grand Hyatt Residences, Mandarin Oriental, and Auberge. As a technologist, she founded HeightZero Real Estate — the oldest advisory firm in the blockchain space to focus strictly on real estate — to advise on the emerging world of AI, blockchain, and the tokenization of real estate securities.

Laura holds FINRA securities licenses Series 7 and Series 63, and brings over six years of deep expertise in the Web3 space, specializing in AI, blockchain, and the compliant tokenization of real estate securities. Today, her work is focused on two core missions — as an operator building next-generation real estate technology, and as an advisor providing direct strategic counsel to a select group of developers and innovators.
